Where is your home located?
Haven Beach House is at 12 E. Idaho Ave in Long Beach Township, Long Beach Island.
Idaho Avenue is also 115th St.
How close is your home to the beach?
We are a block and a half, or the 8th house from the beach. Long Beach Blvd, the main road, is to the west of the home. You do not need to cross over this street to access the beach. Therefore the home is considered “Oceanside”.
Where is the nearest lifeguard?
Long Beach Township Beaches are guarded from late June through Labor Day between 10 am and 5 pm, 7 days a week. Swimmers are required to swim in front of the lifeguards. Lifeguards are set up all along the beach. The closest being on 114th St. or one block north of Idaho Ave.

Do you need beach badges?
Yes. All visitors over 12 years old are required to have beach badges.
Does the home come with beach badges?
Yes. We will supply 10 seasonal beach badges. Please leave the badges at the end of your stay. Any missing badges will be deducted from your security deposit at a cost of $40 per badge.

What is there to do on LBI?
All types of water sports, boating, fishing, biking, shopping, dining, relaxing, amusements, nightlife, kids activities and more. A binder of brochures and menus is located at Haven Beach House. Here is some additional information that may be useful:
What do I need to do with the pool during the week?
Nothing besides rinsing off all sand before swimming. The pool will be serviced during turnover (or on Saturdays for multi-week stays) every week. If there are any problems, please call or email us.

No. Renters must be 25 years or older. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
